Is He Really Worth it?

I'm sure you all have heard of the biggest transfer in football history. 100 million euros for the left winger to move from the Spurs to Real Madrid. He was one of the best footballers in the Premier League and now he wants to make his mark in the Spanish League, arguably the toughest league on earth. 

He will be paid over 350,000 euros per week and a great deal more just in image rights. He even trademarked his signature "11 of hearts" goal celebration and I expect to be spotting it in on shirts and maybe even mugs. He is without a doubt one of the most marketable players at the moment and his wealth is not going to be a problem for him for now. 

He is already showing his stature in the club when he scored his debut goal against Villerreal. You can see this goal at: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=C3bratZsHPY . This shouln't be his only goal for Real and we are expected to see many more even better than this. 

Of course there is an itching question behind anything. Is he really worth Real Madrid's last signing, Cristiano Ronaldo? I think that he has the potential to be worth much more then Ronaldo but he hasn't shown all fo that potential yet.
